So I'm in college now at the University of Arizona and it's probably one of the better things to happen to me in recent history. However, instead of being an art major, I'm doing architecture. I love it no doubt but the amount of work and math involved is rather overwhelming. Consequently, I find myself overwhelmed a lot and losing a lot of sleep because in order to get into the architecture professional school I need to have a 3.0gpa. Time to buckle down. As for art and photography, I am drawing and painting pop art now in a traditional manner, a little traditional pop art thrown at you. I also have all my camera gear with me for photoshoots

As promised, I would be getting into photography, seriously. So my art teacher's dad is apparantly pretty wealthy and a professional photographer so he has all the latest dslrs to date. So since he doesnt need all of his stuff, he gives his old stuff to my teacher. Since she doesnt need it all I asked her a while back if she would sell some of her stuff, and she agreed. So she brought what she would give me and I agreed and asked the price, she then told me it was free. So i was like "whooooaaahhhh man, NO WAY!!!" so finally she brought it today with a nice 100 dollar flash, a lens, the body (its a Nikon D1) and a battery + charger. I thought

Basically what has been going on with my art is yes I still do art a lot its just I do it on commission now. So I dont do art unless I get paid for it. Thing is, a lot of my commissions I dont really like because they are just wierd pictures so I dont post them, even though I get paid for them. Right now im working on like 3 commissions, 2 charcoal portraits, and a handpainted design on a friends guitar pickboard. BUT!
